A monthly payment covers every session for 30 days. Renew any time before it runs out and the new 30 days is added on top of what you already have — renewing early never shortens or wastes the time you've already paid for. If it lapses before you renew, you'll need to renew (or pay per session, where available) before joining your next class.

Yes — all online payments are processed securely by Paystack, a widely-used African payment provider that supports cards and mobile money. We never see or store your card or mobile money details ourselves.

Use "Forgot your password?" on the login page to get a reset link by email. If you no longer have access to that email, contact your school administrator — they can send you a new reset link directly.

Register using the parent registration form, then link to your child using the exact guardian email or phone number already on file for them — this keeps student records private to their actual parent or guardian. An administrator can also set up the link for you if needed.

No, the platform never shows your meeting link until it verifies you're enrolled and paid up — every "Join Class" click is checked on our server first.
