Yes, parents can create an account and link it to their child to view attendance, payments and results.

It depends on the course — each one shows exactly what it offers, which can be any combination of: pay the full fee once for permanent access, subscribe monthly for continuous access to every session, or enroll free and pay only for the individual sessions you attend.

Yes. If you started out paying per session, you can subscribe monthly or pay the full fee at any time from the course's payment page to unlock every session going forward — you're never locked into your first choice.

A monthly payment covers every session for 30 days. Renew any time before it runs out and the new 30 days is added on top of what you already have — renewing early never shortens or wastes the time you've already paid for. If it lapses before you renew, you'll need to renew (or pay per session, where available) before joining your next class.

Yes — all online payments are processed securely by Paystack, a widely-used African payment provider that supports cards and mobile money. We never see or store your card or mobile money details ourselves.

Use "Forgot your password?" on the login page to get a reset link by email. If you no longer have access to that email, contact your school administrator — they can send you a new reset link directly.

Register using the parent registration form, then link to your child using the exact guardian email or phone number already on file for them — this keeps student records private to their actual parent or guardian. An administrator can also set up the link for you if needed.

No, the platform never shows your meeting link until it verifies you're enrolled and paid up — every "Join Class" click is checked on our server first.

Yes — download the APK directly using the link near the top of this page. It's not on Google Play yet, so Android will ask you to allow "install from unknown sources" the first time; that's expected for a direct download outside the Play Store. The app is the same site you're on now, just wrapped for a native install.
